Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations and Payments
The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the deposit or the full amount, as specified at the time of booking.
Any requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or message) and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations made less than 5 days before the arrival date or in case of no-shows, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Arrivals outside these hours must be arranged in advance.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
4. Pets
Pets are allowed only upon request and with prior confirmation from the property. A surcharge of €10 per night per pet applies.
In case of damages caused by the pet, a penalty will be charged to cover repair or cleaning costs.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or other guests.
In case of violation of the property’s rules, including smoking in prohibited areas, a penalty equal to 20% of the total stay cost will be applied.
6. Cleaning and Extra Services
Standard cleaning is included in the stay rate.
Requests for additional cleaning must be arranged in advance and are subject to an extra charge.
7. Parking
The property offers free parking to its guests. The property is not responsible for any damages to or theft of the vehicle.
